I checked the Ebay listing- He doesnt claim to be a club member, just that he uses the club grading system... However, just by starting the chip at that high of a price, I think he's on the shady side, hoping that amateurs wont know what "commemorative" means and think they are buying a valuable chip. Anyone who is willing to pay that much for a souvenir chip is having their ignorance taken advantage of.
