I think that we (Americans; American businesses and American governments) have been most accommodating in our efforts to help them along as much as possible. One (here in Florida, anyway) cannot read any public notice, instructions, directions... or whatever it is that has to be communicated (on meds or whatever), without seeing the Spanish language....
