Bill's a super guy that will help out anybody. When I was a beginer he talked to he in his store like I was a old friend and he really wanted to help me learn about chips even when I only bought $10 worth of supplies
....several of the "clerks" that work at GGS are just plain rude and
ought to be let go - I guess the labor market's tight. I was amazed at their attitude when they made a mistake and overcharged someone. I'm not sure but I get the feeling it's a family run operation - I guess you can't fire your relatives.
