I have no scan But....the Chip is White w/1/2-Lt Bl side inserts w/inlay-1/8 white Lt Bl circle w/ inside bl -Sky,Horiz-Lt Bl,Sm Green Island, Bl-water w/Bk-Unbrella/Lay-out Chair/Girl-all in BLack on Lt Brown-Sand and across the Sky is lettered in Red ISLAND HOLIDAY.
