The DMV will not accept anything that is out of line.
The contest is for you to come up with something for the plate.
If I like something that you came up with, and it's available from the DMV you win the contest.
The prize is an assortment of chips of my choosing.
As soon as I put the assortment together, I'll post a picture.
This contest runs thru Tues 7-8 when Rhona and I get back from Syracuse.
