"Great idea, and very creative. However, I really think you should post your telephone number and then STAY AWAKE BY THE PHONE until the auction ends! Maybe set up a webcam so we can verify that you're still there. You could hold up the chip and wave every once in a while to prove you're still awake. It could be sort of like the Jerry Lewis Telethon and go until the chip sells.
