As I have said many times, Mason cards sometimes create more questions than the answers they give.

It is possible he had them shiped to his home. Mason was also very good at helping operators hide their chip purchases. His chips were shipped from Newark office via LA. Was there an La office of Mason Co? Were they shipped to a distributor? If so, Irving might have walked in and plunked down cash, and just made the address up. Hell, his name might not be Irving!!!!
My Guess, these are the ist chips for the Fortune club in Gardena. Strickly a guess. When I get time, I will try to get delivery date and name on the Lcrown FF chips.
