Gene, I got this one for you vbg

Gene Trimble has answered this question on this board many times by telling us that the $2.50 chip is not called a snapper in casinos, it is the name for the two-card 21, which we call a blackjack. He tells us that chippers began calling the chips snappers.

Did I get that right, Gene?
