Roughly 18 months ago the LV club got a cease and desist order from the company that licensed Ruths name. They are no longer allowed to sell them, only redeem then. The original contract said they could only sell them for a certain period of time. I think it was 1 year. At the time of the order, roughly 700 were in collectors hands. I was shown the letter.
