I'm sorry that you've lost a lot of valuation in your collection, and I'm sorry you are obviously bitter about it enough to bring it up 7 years later. I think that anger is misplaced on Nate, Jim Reilly, or anyone else involved with having to deal with the situation. I think it was wrong that you berate Nate for "dancing" around the issue when clearly it was taken very seriously. Don't forget we have an all volunteer BOD and Claims Director. You cannot expect them to work as fast as full time, paid law enforcement.

If you want to be mad at someone, it seems like Mel would be a better target.
