When the elected BOD of a club that was elected by it's members makes a decision like this one, the members have a right to ask about it. Don't need to know every little detail, just why at that time. & No it is not Private. when you are an officer, appointed position, of a club with "DUES" paying members, it's not private as you need to be held accountable to those members. IMHO
