...sneaked out even for a day or two. I've gone to the convention for one day (that's all my schedule would allow for that one), and this year I was there for two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday) plus a few hours Thursday morning. That still gave me enough time to see sooooo many friends that I hadn't seen since last year and I know I won't see again until next year. The people in the hobby is why I go to the convention. Lifelong friendships begun from a simple common interest is what this is really all about for me.

You were missed Brian! You could have played in a cheap poker tourney at the Riv with me and Randy Daniels Wednesday afternoon. Blind draw for table seating, and guess what...we ended up seated next to each other! I made it farther than Randy, I took 5th, but they only paid down to 3rd place. ...still wasn't too bad of a showing, considering I was down to 300 in chips with 8 players left!
