Hey Steve, if you look at the bottom of the signs, I think they all have a plaque explaining what they represent. I can't remember most but I know the martini was made for Mayor Oscar Goodman. He is a big martini fan and I hear he gives a class at UNLV on making the perfect martini LOL!

The showgirl prolly represents all the Vegas showgirls and the slipper...maybe the silver slipper??
