"The President cited privacy reasons, stating that he would not divulge contents of private conversations. I thought that decisions made by the Board were official club business, but apparently I'm wrong."
Not defending the Club President ... or the BOD decision ... but since the person involved has not publicly commented on the reasons for his removal, obviously he wishes to keep this matter private as well. I respect those wishes.
