I know Bob for almost 15 years. He was one of the first people in the hobby to help me. Great guy. I think he uses the "apraiser" as a way to advertise his interest in chips. While he is knowlegible about Atlantic City chips, he would certainly defer in areas where is is less active. Always honest and great to deal with.
