I MADE A BIG MISTAKE CHIPS STOLEN
I flew home late Fri. LAS to SNA Orange county, CA. On the flight up i carried on my suitcase. I intended to do the same on the US Airlines flight home. But, with extra stuff to carry, and being very tired, and a long walk at the Vegas airport, at the last mminute I changed my mind and checked my suitcase. Yes, when I got home most of my chip purchases were gone, I had them in a brown paper bag, nothing else missing. I know to never check chips, I've flown 20-30 times and always, hand carry my chips. But, a senior, bad last minute choice, and I paid for it. It wasn't a large $ investment (200.00), but is very upsetting. Not sure if I have any chance for a claim (I doubt it). Suitcase was not locked. Oh, well live and learn, hope others will learn from my mistake. However, the good news a great convention. My highlight being at the same dinner table with Allan Myers, Travis Lewin, Steve Passalacqua, what great stories they shared, so educational, interesting and fun. Poker, Poker, fun, fun, not in the money, Volunteering at building table, and ofcourse the Splashbar alway's great.
