These numbers refer to what the single coin payout is for a Flush and Full House. Most places have machines where all of the payouts are the same except these two. They can be as low as 5/6 on some riverboats. I am not sure about some of the games but 9/6 is about the best you will normally find on the Strip for regular Draw Poker. It pays out somewhere around 98% (with perfect play)I believe. I know that a regular Draw Poker that pays out 10/7 pays out over 100%. These numbers include all of the payouts including the royal flushes so you can still lose in the short term.
