he bit about euphamistic(sp) language. Where he talks about how we have taken the edge off the language we used. His main example was the term Shell Shock that was used in WW1, then went to Battle Fatigue, and ended up as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. His point was that if it was still called Shell Shock, more veterans might have gotten the care they needed. The crowd went nuts, and he used comedy to lead into a very valid point. i loved listing to George Carlin tapes and CDs, he made me laugh a lot, but on this instance he made me really think.
