Al Jr. is my sentimental favorite. I was at Portland International Raceway for his first Indy Car win which was the first year they had Indy cars in Portland. For this first race the security was pretty sparce and I was able to watch the race from directly behind the pits I mean I could have hopped over the rope and helped out. It was really exciting. I also got a great photo of Michael Andretti at races end. I hopped over the retaining wall and shot him sitting on top of his car on the track. Unfortunatly I can't find the dang thing. Well, as is stands now we aren't going to see any racing today unless the rain lets up. I'd almost rather have it tomorrow so I can watch the whole thing. I've got to tune into the NBA western conference finals and see if my Blazers can make a series of it.
