Jimmy won his first gold record when he was 7, for a song he recorded in Japanese. The same year he was named Japan's male vocalist of the year. He turned 7 in 1970. I'm thinking the picture of Jimmy might be separate, because he was being "featured", as a 'hot' performer? I'd guess the program was probably very early 1970's.
