I was in Vegas last weekend and I think many of you might want to know how many GREAT bargains I found at the gift shop at the Legend's Hall of Fame. In addition to an incredible display of casino history and memorabilia, Steve Cutler, curator of the museum, has lowered his prices on many obsolete chips. Other memorabilia is available too; matches, ashtrays, swizzle sticks, playing cards, etc.

Many of the limited editions and commemoratives are competitively priced and there is a great selection. Had you been in there at the right time, TWO Hard Rock Cinco De Mayo $25 chips were available at very reasonable prices. If you're a high-end collector you will find some hard to get items there too. I estimate there were about 3000 chips available for viewing and purchasing.

I heard a bit of news that is going to put our hobby on the MAP. I don't want to spoil it but let's just say our convention is going to be a GREAT one and that some national publicity is coming our way.

I recommend seeing the museum and checking out all the items for sale there. I think if you're a club member you get a discount if not free admission.
