You do not have to have a web site. If you have an picture on your computer you can upload it to the Chip Board picture database and then display it in your post. To do so you have to click the "File Upload" tag in the yellow bar at the top of the web page. That opens a new page that requires you to fill in some fields and then browse to the file on your computer that you want to upload. You then click the "Submit" button and that should bring up a page with your picture in it. You should highlight and copy the "File URL" that is displayed under your image and then paste it in the "Optional URL" box at the bottom of your post. You get back to your post by clicking the "Back" button at the bottom of the file upload pages. Good Luck....

Note: When you paste the URL be sure to first highlight the "Http://" that is in the Optional URL box so it does not get duplicated in the box.
