But a local TV station said it was not open to the public until Sunday (this was relayed to me by my wife and could very well be unintentionally inaccurate) -- when Casino Windsor will be paying the tunnel toll in to Canada for the first 4000 cars.
It seems silly to me that they would miss a Friday and Saturday night... The Harrah's website doesn't indicate one way or the other.
Anyone know for sure? (I emailed the authority already -- Jim McNally -- and will post his reply, if he doesn't post it here).
