Katie has a scanner, just didn't pack it for her road trip. I've thought about sticking one of my scanners into my luggage when traveling, but am worried about it breaking during the transit.

I don't think anyone makes a short or compact version of a flatbed scanner, but if they did, I'd buy one to take with me when I travel! Can't run a chip thru a paper port, so it'd have to be an actual small flatbed. Be able to link it to a laptop, and I could have shown everyone the new $1000 Paris house chip sitting beside both $500 jetons a couple weeks ago.
