I sold two things to someone in Denmark. After they got the items they said that they wanted me to pay their customs duties!!! I refused so they filed a paypal claim saying they did not get the items. I didn't ship with a tracking number, which is only Priority Mail International which is very expensive and the buyer would not pay it, so I took a chance and shipped it anyway. Paypal took the money out of my account even though I had emails that proved they received the items and just wanted more money to pay customs! I only lost a little over $100, but I will not sell to international bidders from now on, including Canada once the rule takes affect. Thanks for the warning, that is all I need to cut out everyone outside the US.
