To the Diamond Jacks casino if there is enough interest to pay for the round trip. I called there tonight having heard a rumor that the Lady Luck was going to buy out the Isle of Capri and I wanted to get further info on it. The woman I spoke to seemed confused. When I asked "is this the Isle of Capri", she said this is Diamond Jacks! I asked when this took place and she told me about a year ago!!
Anyway, the round trip for me is 260 miles and in my Dodge truck that amts. to about $90-100. If I can get enough orders up front and money up front, I'll make the trip. $2 for ea. $1 chip, $4 for ea. $2.50, $7 for ea. $5 and $28 for ea $25. If there is enough interest, that should cover travle and postage.
I don't collect Riverboat chips anymore, so I have no personal collecting interest to make this trip, just the fun of seeing my wife enjoy the slots, and maybe a little luck on the 7 card stud table. I'm still astounded that no one has been there yet.
