Actually...you are purchasing ten of the chips for $16 delivered (either shipped in the mail or hand-delievered at the convention) -- the Election chip is an added bonus plus I'll add two room keys (Golden Nugget & South Point) & one Club Aladdin slot card (has name on it). A "Win Card" chip from Sunset Station, a "5 No Cash Value" chip from The Orleans (bright pink), a roulette from ??? (maybe the Sands...looks like the same pinwheel design), a Paulson "Bahama Blue" sample color chip, blah blah blab blah blah...
