Mike and Dawn are very busy donating so much of their time so we can have a great Convention and I would like to personally thank them for all they are doing !! Great job!! If anyone wants to buy them a Drink at Splash bar, it is well deserved !! They are getting the goodie bags stuffed with the bonus items for the people that are staying at the Riv and that includes the Raffle ticket. When I arrive, I will have a table that will display much or all of the donated items as well as the Raffle Drum. The ticket has 2 parts, one you will retain with your matching number and one goes in the shiny brass Drum. It would be HELPFUL if you wrote your name on the back of BOTH tickets so I can call your name INSTEAD of a number and if you were to drop your ticket on the floor then someone could see your name on the back. Ink would be better than pencil. Now if your name is on the back then you need not be present to win and I will box up your lot of goodies with your name and call it out again later. I just think its a better idea to call out names instead of waiting for someone to match up numbers. I have access to the Convention floor microphone and will find the best time to call out winners. There will be many winners and that means MORE FUN for all. Thanks for staying at The Riv!! John
