I will almost never bid if the seller does not take PayPal. I would have to be a chip way at the top of my want list to even consider it. In my opinion, not accepting PayPal is one of those tragic seller mistakes that severely diminish auction results... up there with blurry or long-distance scans (and not cleaning cleanable chips... but that's a whole other issue.)
