My set also is missing some of the numbers you stated. (Most noteably 1,2 & 3) However, I was informed that the numbers that are missing are no longer being used by GPI in the BJ color pallet. SOOO, I would venture a guess that you and I DO have a COMPLETE set according to the colors currently in use by the manufacturer.
