Yes, the Grand Sierra Resort (formally Hilton), Boomtown in Verdi, although the chip just says NCV, not "WIN CARDS", and I believe the Siena are the only "WIN CARDS" casinos left in the Reno area.....
The Sands ended their program several years ago....
