It's not in Howdy's book because it's a roulette. He doesn't list roulettes.
I got the entry for TCR from Dale Seymour's collection. About 20 years ago,
Dale traded Harvey Gross his backup collection of ivory & clay poker chips
for about 750 chips from Harvey's collection that Howdy had gathered. The
wagon wheel roulettes were part of that group from Harvey's.
