In the case of the Lady Luck...
In Response To: Win Cards is only the packet & the strategy cards ()

It was a pretty good boon to chippers because they pulled out and used their older, "SPECIAL EVENTS" NCV chips in two different molds!

As shown here:

But they did "customize" the brochure with the "Lady Luck" name.
