Let me intercede at this point.

Renewal reminders were mailed to members due 3-31-08 although a little late (March 22nd)
Yesterday, I received another renewal from the March postcard, 2 months late.

Renewal post cards for the the two previous quarters were not mailed, because of Sundays personal situation.
That said, reminder post cards have always been a courtesy to the membership, and not part of the Membership Officers official duties.. It's each members responsibilty to pay their dues on time.

Since I took back the Membership duties on a intrim basis, I have been in almost daily contact with George D. making sure that every preregistered member is in fact up to date on their membership.

If we found a member who was not current on his or her dues, George would take the necessary steps to insure that their dues were current before he accepted their preregistration.

George has also taken on the extra job of making sure all the dealers are current as well.
