Ron there are plenty of casinos up around the south end of Vegas, & Henderson. The only one that is down the road a piece is Searchlight. It has $5 CIC chips and $1 tokes. Cannot help you with the win cards. One of my favorite places to eat in Laughlin is Joe's Crab Shack in lower part of the Golden Nugget. Hope this helps a little.
