For a trial Spence is the man. But for the Appellate work I'd rather have Dershowitz of those three.
Although I will always remember being at a party and being introduced to a young lady who was a first year law student at Harvard. This was during the early stages of the O.J. case, and she very proudly told me that "Dersh" was her professor for constitutional law. She later went on to explain that obviously O.J. was guilty because if he wasn't guilty why would his attorneys be making all those motions about the blood and the search etc.
At that moment I was suddenly very proud that I didn't go to Harvard. And while I have a lot of respect for Mr. Dershowitz as an Appellate Attorney, he obviously isn't much of a Professor if his students are spouting that junk.
