The Riviera has no customer service!
I've stayed there, and they are the most arrogant, ignorant people to deal with. I was sick when I got there, so I had asked if I could get some assistance from the bell staff,and the desk person told me Why? can't you carry your own bags? I saw a bell person just standing there, and I asked for help. She glared at me, and said CAN'T YOU SEE I AM ON BREAK??!! I told her that I wasn't a mind-reader. Their restaurant is so-so at best. And Aaron's right about the table staff, they are rude and mean, and heven forbid should you ask them a question. All in all, I've gotten better table dealers at the El Cortez, and even they are mean, but will answer a question a player has. Thanks for letting me vent. I wasn't trying to hijack your thread Aaron. I Believe people should know the truth. Mabe we can find another hotel, and maybe hold it during December? That would work for me. Thanks!
