Hash House a go go on Sahara has an awesome pancake (check out the kinds of pancakes they serve). Notice it is not plural as this thing is about 14 inches across and 1 inch thick!! All the portions are huge! Speaking of huge portions, Claim Jumpers is great! They are not the cheapest but not even close to expensive. They have great dinner and you can make reservations online, which is very handy. There are 3 that I know of in Vegas. Check out their websites.
