Are you having time-outs only when you are accessing Greg's BB? or any web page?
Are the time-outs only when you are using Netscape or do they also occur with Internet Explorer???

The reason I ask, is that in Jim's case, it was only when he was trying to access Greg's BB via AOL - whoever, he could get anywhere else he wanted to go...

Several things can also cause the time-out issue... Web traffic, which servers are being accessed, the number of simultaneous accesses to a server, the routers the web traffic is going through etc.
