While I encountered a printing production issue I did send out electronic balloting instructions. You were on the list of recipients and I did in fact send email several days ago to you. HOWEVER, I can see by your post that the email addy I used was Murph4qs@msn.com and NOT Murph4qs@cox.net. As I did not get a mail delivery failure (yet) I have not followed up, but have (had) a plan to do so.

In any event, I just resent the instructions to the second email addy, and you can certainly cast your votes upon receipt or await the hard copy Judge's Phamplet, which is still being sent.
