my wife will sell retail merchandise and accept credit card payment where we write down the number, expiration date and zip code and later on enter the info and amount to charge into my ProPay Account. They have a $500 a month limit (which is OK) and a $50 annual fee, which is also OK, however... The sporadic use has us wanting to negotiate about $100 now but I need to renew the account first ($50).

So, I figured I would explore other avenues before renewing.
