The lovely Rhona had rotator cuff surgery about 5 weeks ago.
She's doing fine, thanks for asking.

The question I have is we got a bill from the Dr.,and we got a bill from the anesthesiologist those we expected.

Here's the kicker. We also got a bill from the nurse who assisted in the operation.

Not ever having to deal with something like this before, is this normal to have a bill for the nurse? I always figured that the nurse worked for the Dr., and that she worked on salry from either the Dr. or the out patient clinic where the surgery was performed.

Any insight?
