I’d like club members to think about this question.

Should the CC>CC have a full time paid Executive Director at this point?
(yes) or (no)
I am interested in hearing from other members on this issue.

I have talked about the idea and have had a couple interesting exchanges with other members on the topic. But is has always been toward the bottom of a post about something unrelated. I want to bring it up as it’s own subject. It is my opinion that the club needs to hire a full time Director. Part of their job description would be to raise the funds to cover their salary so it should not take away from the budget. In fact, it can be a possibility to grow the budget substantially. I think the club can do a lot more for the hobby and organizing itself is critical. Having a ED seems to me to be the next logical step in growing the club.
