Well, the hotel has been less than helpful in every way! They said they will get back to us in writing in many days. Which is not helpful to them while they are in the hotel until Sunday! I called the owner's daughter as someone recommended and spoke with her secretary who said she would get back to me. She did not call me back before she left for the day and is not in on weekends.
