Let's take this a step at a time. I looked in your profile and there are 2 things wrong.
1) You used the "pic" tags around your image. You don't need to do that when you put your image in the "Optional Image URL" box. All you need is the URL. You use the "pic" tags when you want to place an image in the body of your message along with the text.
2) The URL you gave for the image is not correct. You must first upload your image to the internet somewhere so that it is web accessable. That could be my server using the "File Upload" link above, or any one of many free locations that will host your image. The limitation to using my server is a file size limit and the fact that it will be automatically deleted after 20 days. That is usually sufficient for displaying a chip image, new release, etc., but might not be if you want to always display an image in each of your posts. Of course, you can always upload the image every 20 days and you will be all right.
So, let's start with you uploading the image using the "File Upload" link above. When you do that you will see a URL on the "Success" page that shows the image your uploaded. Copy that URL by highlighting it and press CTRL C.
After you do that, come here to post a message, move down to the "Optional Image URL" box, erase the "http" part that will be there, then press CTRL V to paste the url you have copied into the box. Hit the post button and then look at your message. You should see the image.
I will be looking for your post and then we can take it from there.
