Congrats to Fred Bergman, who turned his $20 into $46.50, with $10 win and $5 to place on Big Brown. Pam Holmgren was the runner-up, at $34.00 Pam had $10 on Big Brown to win.

We had 30 entries, and a virtual $600 bankroll total. Those bets above......our only winners! We bet $600 and cashed $80.50. Yikes! Lets stick to the casinos!

Happy to report.......I had the exacta and had bet Eight Belles across the board. I hooked up BB and 8 Belles in a bunch of tri's in our contest, but not with Denis of Cork. I thought she had as good a chance as any horse other than Big Brown. Sad to see how it turned out for her. She showed a lot.

Overlooked (at least so far)....the race Denis of Cork ran. Watch him on a replay. Dead last halfway thru, and still gaining on the last two horses ahead at the wire.
