Were these given away at the casino as a basic teaching tools for potential players? I've seen brochures that teach you how to play but never anything like this or quite this large.

Dimensions are 82.5cm x 53cm (for you guys that would be 32.5" x 20.9") It's double sided and features Black Jack & Craps. It's made of a heavy duty paper, almost linen like. Does anyone have a date on this? Is this an older or more recent? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
