If you can do one then go with the one you enjoy the most.Looks like you "love" poker so that narrows it down a bit. As for the banquet...there are lots of places to eat in Vegas HOWEVER...looks like the banquet will be a great way to meet and mingle with members, so....a tough one.
I would go to the banquet but it looks like there are special tables set up for friends, so it looks like you might have to set up your own table of "new & special" friends. Sorta like the movie Animal House. Remember the scene where the new pledges who were a bit different were off by themselves and had to basically stay amongst themselves while the others were having a blast? Well Shawn....we could be those"special' people who get their own table and have our own fun. But,that is only if you can do two of the things.
For next year,I suggest that you enter our piggy bank savings contest so that you could afford all three things.
For me it is poker and beers with Chuck. Who needs food anyway right?
