What is the last date that I can book a room at the Riv so that it will benefit the club?

What are the dates that I can book that will benefit the club?

The reason I ask is that I will not know if I can make it until the last week of May. As this is may be my one and only vacation this year, I plan to spend the week in Vegas. If it benefits the club, I don’t mind staying the whole week at the Riv. However, if it will not benefit the club, I will stay somewhere else.
