I've seen a few of these on the road (I commute through Malibu.)

Here's a video showing a test drive. If you've never seen TOP GEAR, a British auto show, it's absolutely terrific. My 13-year-old got me into it and we never miss an episode. The host is hilarious and they do some whacky stuff when they're not actually test driving cars.
